TO ENTER: Submit your photo using the Facebook Photo Contest app found on our facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/divinitasole. Photo may also be manually submitted by emailing your photo to sandy@diviinemodestee.com. An entry consists of one photo. Sponsor, at its own discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed not appropriate. Photo is not required to be professional, but must depict Sweet Innocence, Tres le Jen Juniors or Daisy Petal Girls clothing by Diviine Modestee. By submitting your photo(s), you agree to said photo(s) being used on Sponsor’s Fan Page, website, email and/or Blog at their discretion.
TO VOTE: Voting will start February 9, 2014. Click “vote” under the photo you are voting for. The photo with the most “votes” will be the winner. You may vote for more than one photo, but you are only allowed to vote for each picture once per day. Voting will end February 13, 2014 at 12:00 PM EST. A minimum of 10 entries is needed for the contest to move forward. Winner will be officially notified on our blog. Dress prize is not redeemable for cash. Photos may be used for Diviine Modestee promotions via Facebook, emails, website and blog. In the event of a tie, a winner will be chosen at random using number generator services.
ELIGIBILITY: Diviine Modestee Photo Contest Giveaway Promotion (the Contest) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, and are Fans of Diviine Modestee. Employees of Diviine Modestee (the Sponsor), and all other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, and their respective family members are not eligible.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: Your participation in the Contest constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding and also releases permission to the Sponsor to use your photo on Facebook, website, email and/or Blog. Winning a prize is contingent upon entrants’ full and strict compliance with these Official Rules.
